Good to know - holiday information
Prices may vary depending on season and demand.
Our prices are per person and night in selected category and board,
including VAT and excluding local tax (obligatory for guests aged 15 and over -
Submission to the tourism association) and are determined according to the current occupancy.
Our dynamic pricing model particularly rewards guests who reserve early.
Subject to changes, typing and printing errors.
We reserve the right to make adjustments in the event of
unforeseeable economic developments or changes to the VAT rate.
For the accommodation prices incl. breakfast we deduct the daily HP Rate with 25,-- € per person/per day.
If you have booked bed and breakfast, the daily menu price will be charged on site if you want to book dinner!
We do not offer a deduction for breakfast not taken!
We prefer payments in CASH or EC-Card (debit card).
We accept as well payments with the following credit cards: VISA, V-PAY, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
To confirm yourbooking a deposit of 30% of the total price of your room is required.
Pease transfer the deposit within 14 days of receiving the confirmation of booking.
If you arrive earlier, we need your credit card as security.
If you want to process the deposit per credit card, we need the following data for pre-authorization:
(Name of the Credit card holder, credit card brand, credit card number, expiry date, CVC code)
Only available on request and subject to availability.
An extra bed (sofa bed) is only available in the hotel apartment Rebecca.
For babies up to 2 years in a baby cot or for children older than 2 years in the sofa bed
in the HAR room category on request and availability.
The reduction is based on the regular price list for the appropriate season.
A baby or child is in the double room Erhart for several reasons,
regardless of which age no longer possible!
Children receive a reduced evening menu!
0 – 4 years: 60 % reduction
5 – 9 years: 30 % reduction
10 – 14 years: 20 % reduction
The rooms can be occupied on the day of arrival at 02.30 pm. at the earliest.
Early check-in: For a surcharge of € 20,-- you can check into your room earlier,
but not before 12 a.m on availability and request.
If you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m., please let us know
by telephone or mail, since our reception is not occupied 24/7.
Late check-out: On request and a surcharge of € 30,-- you may check out of your room later.
3 pm at the lates on availability and request.
Special check-out: For a surcharge of € 15,-- you can have a shower in the Wellness area on availability and request.
The rooms must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest on the day of departure.
to ensure clean rooms for the new arriving guests at check-in time 02.30 pm.
If you arrive early than 02.30 p.m. and your room is not yet ready for occupancy, you are welcome to leave your baggage in our luggage room.
So you can already use the day of arrival for your holiday activities.
You can also change your clothes in the luggage room.
Since other guests also leave their stuff in the luggage storage, it is unfortunately not allowed
to remain in the chamber until your room is available.
Due to the innovations in terms of parking space management in Sölden,
we are happy to provide you the hotel parking space FREE of charge
during your hotel stay from check in to check out.
Please park your car (space saving) in front of our hotel or at the parking lot behind the hotel.
If you would like to use your departure day for further activities, we ask that you park your car in a public parking lot
after checking out, as we need the parking spaces for arriving guests, otherwise we will charge a local parking fee.
If you park on red marked X-spaces see notice on site at the hotel you will be towed away
from the owner of the neighbor house for a fee, the parking slots are not part of the hotel.
There are plenty of outdoor parkingspaces directly in front of the hotel and behind the hotel - reservation is not required and possible.
We do not have any covered parking spaces or underground garages.
Our tip: There is a public underground car park in the social center in Sölden, which costs around € 16.-- per day.
It is 4 minutes by car and 10 minutes by foot from our hotel.

For full paying guests, a credit of € 15,-- will be given for meals not taken to your room account.
(You must have signed out of dinner at breakfast, No credit will be given if you do not show up or if you do not cancel your meal.)
Guest paying a reduced price (children, third person, e.g.) receive a credit of € 5,-- per evening meal. to their room account.
If you have booked bed and breakfast, the daily menu price will be charged on site if you want to book dinner!

We request your understanding that specified rooms, views, equipment or room numbers cannot be guaranteed.
Because there can always unexpected changes happen (e.g. unforeseeable repairs, wheelchair-friendly room, etc.)
The room pictures shown on this website are for reference only, the actual furnishings and facilities may differ.
We can only accept liability for damages that occur in connection with use of the garden and wellness facilities or during events
in the hotel, within the limits of our existing insurance. We thank you for your understanding.
Short stay: € 5,-- per person/ per day for bookings up to 3 nights.
Single room: Our double rooms Sölden and Erhart can be booked as single occupancy. The supplement can be seen at the price list.

Special check-out: For a surcharge of € 15,-- you can have a shower in the Wellness area on availability and request.

Upgrade: On request and availability we will upgrade your room to the next size. The difference in price will be added to your bill.
We would like to point out that our kitchen team only caters for the most common food intolerances
how lactose intolerance and gluten intolerance can take into account. Special requests must be confirmed by the hotel.
For all other intolerances, illnesses (low carb, vegan, nut, soy, etc.) that is Erhart
not the right holiday destination for you, and we do not offer any additional dishes for this.
You have to use the allergen labeling in the MENU as a guide.
Even several intolerances mixed together are not feasible for us.
(such as 1 person has lactose, gluten and fructose or other allergies)
We kindly ask you to inform us of your intolerance at the time of request or booking so that we can guarantee you a gluten or lactose-free diet,
as we do not always have the required "special products" in stock and are then no longer able to cater to your intolerances at short notice.
Everyday you will receive a separte corner at the breakfast buffet and a 4-course menu of your choice, which is specially adapted to your needs
and will be charged with a surcharge of € 20.-- per person/per day for the additional effort or additional costs.
(The afternoon snack is not included in the surcharge of 20,--€; this is charged separately and only offered after consultation with us)
In high season or on days with special menus (Christmas, New Year's Eve, Summer Night Gala, etc.) we do not offer any extra special menus.
Free Wifi access is available in all rooms and our hotel lobby.
In the garden, wellness area and dining room you have no wireless access to enjoy your holiday in a relaxed manner.
When you check in you will receive a piece of paper with your WiFi access details.
Please deposit your valuables in your room safe.
Offers enough space - internal dimensions in mm (HxWxD) 195 x 430 x 310 suitable for laptop.
The hotel assumes no liability for items brought along that are not stored in the safe.
The operating instructions for the safe can be found on safe door.
Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets of any kind are not allowed in our hotel.
If you take them with you, we cannot arrange your booked room for you on site.
The wellness area is located in the hotel's basement.
Take the elevator to K and then go straight through the first door on the right side.
The wellness is open from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Access to the Spa area with your room card.
Since the nude area (sauna and steam bath) is considered a relaxation and quiet zone,
we ask for your understanding that access under the age of 16 is not permitted.
Towels are on site and the Rental Bathrobes are in the room!
Relax in our wellness oasis with whirlpool, sauna, Turkish steam bath, infrared cabin,
Fresh air room with hanging chairs and newly renovated stone pine lounge with small refreshments.
Since there is no swimming pool available in the hotel, we offer our guests the following options:
Freizeit Arena in Sölden - 10 minutes on foot
1 x daily the swimming pool of the Freizeit Arena for FREE with our VOUCHER
(available at the reception) to complete. (Sauna area is not included)
Aqua Dome Therme in Längenfeld - 15 minutes by car
You get 1x daily - 5% discount on the desired entry price for the only thermal bath in Tyrol Aqua Dome Therme in Längenfeld
You too can help to pollute the environment with less detergent.
If you leave your towels, bathrobes hanging, they will not be replaced.
Towels and bathrobes that are on the floor will be exchanged.
Take all your valuables out of the bathrobe pockets,
as we cannot take care of forgotten valuables in the bathrobes.

In your room you will find various signs that you can use as information for our cleaning staff during your stay.
Red sign
Means you don't want to be disturbed. As long as you leave this sign hanging, your room will not be cleaned.
We would like to inform you that room cleaning is only possible until 2 p.m.
Yellow sign
Means you don't want to have your room cleaned today. Your room will not be cleaned on this day.
Green sign
Means you want to have your room cleaned today.
Repair sign
It can happen that something is overlooked in the hectic of everyday life.
If you need a repair in the room, simply fill out the repair form directly
and hang it on your room door. The cleaning staff will give us your
repair request immediately.
If you do not use any of the signs, our cleaners will come to your door
and if you are not in the room, carry out the daily cleaning of your room.
You are welcome to post your restaurant bills for your consumption during your stay to your room,
please always sign the control slip (please always check whether the room number is correct!!)
You receive the Guest bill and we keep the bill with the signature.
No subsequent corrections are possible.
We have reserved a fixed table for you for breakfast and dinner in our dining room.
On the first evening, the waitress will show you your seat and explain the menu choices.
We ask you to select the menu selection in the morning at breakfast.
You will receive a selection sheet for each room or person (groups) in which you can make a selection for each color.
1st color = cold appetizer or warm appetizer
2nd color = soup or juice or yoghurt
3rd color = 3 different main courses
4th color = dessert or cheese
If you do not make a selection, we cannot guarantee you the complete menu selection in the evening,
because we cook very carefully so that we only have a small amount of food left over. In the evening it is no longer possible to swap dishes.
Our motto in this SENSE: Don't give food waste a CHANCE!
Every morning the Krone and the Tyrolean daily newspaper are ready for you to leaf through at the reception.
As well you receive every day a morning post with informaiton about wheater, events, general information etc.
You can also read current magazines in the hotel lobby. (e.g. Gala, Vital, Bild der Frau, AutoRevue,...)
There is a strict smoking ban in the entire hotel (rooms, dining rooms, wellness area, hotel lobby, etc.).
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside.
In the event of violations of the smoking ban, we charge an additional final cleaning fee of € 50,-- per room.
OUR TIP Better insure yourself, because you never know what will happen before the start of your holiday!
Corona is not a free reason for cancellation in the hotel, let us assure you.

Cancellation levels:
Level 1: Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival is possible.
Level 2: Cancellation from 29 days up to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged.
Level 3: Cancellation from 13 days up to 7 days before arrival, 70 % of the total charge will be charged.
Level 4: By cancellation and changes to the reservation from 6 days up to the day of arrival
or no shows 90% of the total amount will be charged.
Level 5: In the event of an early departure, we will charge the nights you have already consumed including additional services
as well as the nights not consumed will be invoiced excluding local tax.
Calculation example:
For example, you cancel 3 days before arrival, you fall into level 4 and have to pay a 90% cancellation fee on the total price.
Double room for 2 people = €105.00 per person/per night - 7 nights for 2 people = €1,470.00
€1,470.00 - 10% = €1,323.00 90% cancellation fee
Double room for 2 people, but only 1 person does not come = €105.00 per person/per night - 7 nights = €735.00
€735.00 - 10% = €661.50 90% cancellation fee
